'Metal dome sheet' is a metal dome arrayed component part
designed to play a key role of transmitting electric switch on/off
signals by metal dome's contact to and release off the circuit
board like PCB, FPCB and other membrane boards, remarkably
improving in every property of the existing membrane and
poly- dome switches.
Made of polyester top tape and base tape (spacer), metal domes
and optional EMI print, metal dome sheet is placed between silicon
rubber key pad and printed circuit board and, with metal dome's
functional advantages and design advantages from its slimness as
thin as 0.35 μm or less , applied to compact electronic appliances
like mobile phones, wire or wireless communication appliances,
MP3, remote controller, navigation and medical appliances. |
